The Swinkels Family

Bavaria is family company, run by the Swinkels family. It is the oldest family business in the Netherlands, because it has been owned by the Swinkels since 1773, Nowadays, the company is run by the seventh generation of the family. The board consists fully of people from the Swinkels family, so they are the only people in control of the company. Due to it being a family company, employees work in a good atmosphere, so it is an essential part of the way things at work at Bavaria.
